Coconut Turmeric Chocolate Chip Muffins

Looking for a way to add more turmeric to your life? How about some healthy morning muffins with turmeric, sweet potatoes, coconut, and ginger to get your day started off right!

The secret ingredient to these muffins is the use of Coconut Clouds Ginger Turmeric Golden Milk Latte powder. It is great to make a tasty morning latte but can also be used in so many different recipes to boost the flavor and superfood powers.



  • 1 cup of mashed sweet potato (I used riced sweet potatoes from the freezer section to make it quick and easy)

  • 1 small ripe banana

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/3 c tahini butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 c coconut flour, sifted

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 T coconut clouds ginger turmeric golden milk latte

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 c dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Mix the wet ingredients together in a blender or with a hand mixer.

  3. Add in dry ingredients and mix until batter forms.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
