Do You Really Need Supplements?

A look into my personal supplement arsenal.

A look into my personal supplement arsenal.

This is a question that has been asked as long as I can recall and each person has there own adamant stance on which way they believe. I am a firm believer in the effectiveness of top quality supplements to help me live my best life. Top quality being key as some vitamins can really cause more harm than good. Those with excess fillers can actually cause a toxic impact on your body as your system tries to process them. They can be especially hard on your liver and kidneys.

I am also choosy about the form the supplement is in. I prefer to take advantage of any way to get the purest form which often involves lozenges, chewables and liposomals as they are more bioavailable than capsules and tablets.

My go to brand is Seeking Health as the founder, Dr Ben Lynch has integrity and some of the highest standards. One great example is that he was working on formulating a gallbladder formula and apple pectin is a great supplement for gallbladder support but he couldn’t find one clean enough (no organic options) so he left it out instead of settling for a sub-par ingredient that could be laced with glyphosates and cause harm to his consumers.

Seeking Health also takes time to educate their customers and reformulate any time new technologies and advancements are made to continuously bring better quality products to consumers that want to take back the power of their health. The supplements are very strong and powerful, best taken in small doses and working your way up to the optimal dosage that is personalized to you and your body based on how you feel. The pulse method is something that Dr Ben Lynch refers to frequently and is something that I 100% follow. You HAVE to be in tune with your body. If this doesn’t come naturally to you then keeping a journal can help. Checking in a few times throughout the day and jotting down how you feel can really help you hone in on exactly what you need to feel your best.
