Tis the season for drinking eggnog so why not have it as a nutritious and healthy breakfast treat in this chia seed pudding? We can all agree that chocolate makes everything better so I dusted the layers with cacao powder for a delicious twist on the classic eggnog flavor.

This tasty chocolate eggnog chia pudding is great for:

Chocolate Eggnog Chia Pudding

  • 1 T of Viva Naturals chia seeds

  • 1 c of eggnog ( I used an alcohol and dairy free one)

    Optional toppings:

  • coconut flakes

  • cacao powder

  • cacao nibs

  • sliced banana

  • chocolate protein bar, crumbled

Directions

  1. Place chia seeds in a mason jar.

  2. Add eggnog to mason jar and stir. Screw lid on mason jar and shake vigorously. Let mixture sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. The next morning stir the chia pudding and then add toppings for a scrumptious and nutritious breakfast that is perfect for on the go!
