Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

Did you really think I would let the week pass by and not have a pumpkin recipe? This pumpkin smoothie bowl made the perfect afternoon pick me up!


🍁 1/4 c pumpkin purée (best if frozen but straight from the can works too)
🍁 1 serving of protein powder (I used Nuzest original pea protein) 
🍁 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
🍁 sprinkle of pink salt
🍁 1/2 frozen banana 
🍁 3 chunks of frozen coconut (from Trader Joes)
🍁 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
🍁 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
🍁 4 ice cubes 
🍁 just enough milk to blend everything together (my favorite brand is Malk Organics. You can even find it at Target)


  1. simply blend everything in Vitamix and top with whatever you prefer. I went with: cacao nips from Mamapacha Superfoods available on Amazon , coconut shreds (unsweetened of course) and hemp seeds
