I’m a freak about having my daily 1 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon for blood sugar and weight management control. Most often I toss it into whatever I’m having for breakfast (yogurt, oats, on toast, in coffee or matcha) but when I don’t have it with breakfast I simply add it into my afternoon smoothie. One of my current favs is this Blueberry Bliss Smoothie loaded with all of the goodies! 

BLUEBERRY BLISS SMOOTHIE
πŸ”… handful of frozen blueberries
πŸ”… 1/4 c frozen organic chopped spinach or kale
πŸ”… 1/2 frozen banana
πŸ”… 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
πŸ”… 1 tsp Maca powder
πŸ”… 2 scoops vital proteins collagen peptides
πŸ”… 4 T of unflavored hemp protein powder  
πŸ”… 2-4 ice cubes
πŸ”… cover with half coconut milk and half coconut water  
πŸ”… blend in vitamix on high until smooth and creamy
πŸ”€ swirl in a large heaping tablespoon of almond butter and top with coconut shreds and my favorite cereal made from beans Love Grown from Sprouts. Grab a spoon and straw to enjoy this nutritious smoothie to fuel your body with goodness. #vivbuzz
