Easy Meat Muffins
The weekend is the perfect time to meal prep for the week and in case you need some inspiration these are one of my favorites because they are so easy and tasty on the go. These are so easy o transport they can be your new protein bars.
✳️ 1 1/4 lb of organic ground turkey
✳️ 2 eggs
✳️ 1/4 c almond flour
✳️ 1/4 c of your favorite BBQ sauce (I love Schultzs Gourmet because they use real ingredients.)
✳️ salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and turmeric
✳️ 1 c of your favorite organic frozen veggie(s) (My favorite is broccoli in these but I was out so I used a veggie mix with carrots, peas, corn, and green beans.)
✳️ Optional: you can place a sliced sweet potato over top to make it into a pot pie.
1. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove and serve with extra BBQ sauce for dipping. These are also great served cold straight from the fridge and easy for on the go.
